The Ritz-Carlton and SPG apps will be deactivated in February. We’ve combined our programs under a new name: Marriott BonvoyTM. When the new name launches, we’ll move to one app. The Marriott Bonvoy App will have all your favorite features, plus new ones, like access to your hotel bill.

Go to the app store and download the Marriott app for free. We’ll automatically upgrade you when the Marriott Bonvoy App launches.

No functionality will be available when you open The Ritz-Carlton and SPG apps in February when the Marriott Bonvoy App launches.

To access your reservations on the Marriott app, log in to the app using the credentials for the loyalty program you used to book your reservation. Ready to simplify your passwords? Combine your accounts now so one login will bring you all of your reservations and account information in the Marriott app. When the new Marriott Bonvoy program name launches, you will be automatically updated to the Marriott Bonvoy App.

If you have automatic updates turned on, we will take care of updating the app for you. If you don’t have automatic updates turned on, you will be force upgraded the first time you launch the Marriott app after Marriott Bonvoy launches.
